The fruit pouch is growing up. GoGo squeeZ® is bringing its convenient on-the-go format to adults for the first time, with a new range created for busy days, active lifestyles and those moments when you need an easy snack within reach.

The new range introduces two delicious fruit blends – Energy Apple, Mango & Orange and Recharge Apple, Pineapple & Passionfruit – combining real fruit with added vitamins for Energy and electrolytes for Recharge.

From racing out of the door in the morning and commuting to work, to travelling, exercising or hitting the afternoon slump, the new range has been created to fit seamlessly into everyday life.

Portable and ready to enjoy straight from the pouch, GoGo squeeZ makes it easy to keep a fruit snack to hand when there’s little time to stop. Made with real fruit, with no added sugar, providing one of your five-a-day and a source of fibre, the new functional range has been developed with busy, active consumers in mind.

And as our days get busier, what we expect from a snack is changing too. Quick bites are increasingly fitting into the moments where traditional meals once sat, with 53% of adults saying on-the-go snacks suit their lifestyle better than full meals. At the same time, food is becoming more purposeful, with 37% of consumers now using it as a functional tool to help achieve their health goals.

That’s where GoGo squeeZ Energy and Recharge come in, two fruit-first blends created for different moments in a busy day. Energy is enriched with vitamins B2 and B6, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal energy-yielding metabolism, making it an easy option to reach for on early starts, packed-out days or when the 3pm slump hits.

Recharge contains vitamins B3 and B5, alongside electrolytes, calcium and magnesium, with magnesium contributing to electrolyte balance and normal energy-yielding metabolism.

And the appetite for functional snacks is growing. Searches for “snacks for energy” have jumped 20% in the past year, while interest in electrolytes and products containing them has been steadily climbing over the past five years. It’s part of a wider shift towards snacks that don’t just fill a gap, but offer something more.

Luckily, fitting something extra into an already packed day doesn’t need to mean adding another job to the to-do list. GoGo squeeZ comes in its iconic mess-free pouch, with no prep, cutlery or refrigeration needed, just twist, squeeZ and go. Compact enough to slip into a handbag, backpack or gym bag, it’s ready whenever snack o’clock strikes.

Consumers are also paying closer attention to what’s inside their snacks. 78% now prioritise snacks with quality nutrition, while 55% are willing to pay more for healthier ingredients. Yet there’s still a gap between what shoppers want and what they can find: half of consumers say healthy snacks are missing extras such as added vitamins, fibre, antioxidants and superfoods.
